New House - Walking Distance to the Start/Finish Line

Fully furnished house just blocks from the start and finish line. The house was built in December, 2012 and has new appliances including a gas range, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. In addition to a full kitchen, the house comes with an outside deck and grill. The house has a master bedroom with a queen size bed. The master bedroom has its own bathroom, including 6 sq ft shower and soaker tub. There is a second bedroom upstairs with a full size bed and an office with a futon. Those rooms share a bathroom. There is also an upstairs living room with a 47' tv with access to netflix and amazon movies. The house comes with access to a secure garage, which also has a bike stand and a number of parktools brand bike tools for quick tunes. The house is also walking distance to Vertical Earth bike shop. Families preferred. Four adult person maximum. Well behaved children are welcome at no additional charge. In addition to the beds and futon, there are also two couches and two inflatable mattresses that are available for children to use. Available for Ironman full weekend ( +Thurs or +Friday through +Sunday night). $400/night, minimum three nights, $400 refundable damage deposit, and $100 refundable cleaning deposit.
